Hes1遺伝子のfloxedマウス。Hes1遺伝子の第一イントロン及び3'UTRの下流に、それぞれLoxPが挿入してある。Cre発現マウスと交配する事で、Hes1のコンディショナルノックアウトを行う事ができる。PGK-Neo配列は除去してある。

Hes1 gene floxed mice. LoxP sequences were knocked into the first intron and downstream of 3'UTR of Hes1 gene for conditional knock-out study. PGK-Neo sequence was removed.
